What instruments can I play with MyGroove?

MyGroove focuses on the 6 most popular band instruments: Voice, Keys, Bass, Guitar, Drums and Percussion.

What is a mission?

The MyGroove content is divided into missions. Missions are songs that users can learn on their chosen instruments.

What are levels?

Each mission is divided into difficulty levels: 1. Levels for Beginners 2. Advanced Levels 3. Levels for Professionals In each level, a task must be completed in the MyGroove app. When all levels of a mission have been completed, the whole song can be performed. The levels always follow the same three-part process: Explore, Groove and Perform.

What is Explore Mode?

In Explore Mode, our artists will explain exactly what happens at this level and practice with you step by step. Highlights indicate which sound to play, and additional features, such as switching cameras, give you a comprehensive view.

What is Groove Mode?

In Groove Mode, you can practice together with the artist and the band until you get it! Again, numerous features support you, such as reducing the tempo, a metronome function, playing in a loop or the mixer, which allows you to reduce and enlarge the band as you wish.

What is Perform Mode?

In Perform Mode, you will play alone with the band. At the same time, you can now prove your skills, because the recognition listens in. Please use headphones here for best results.

How many levels are there per mission?

The levels depend on the instrument and the difficulty of the song, so there are always different levels to choose from.

How do I reset a level?

You can reset all your progress in the settings. To do this, follow these steps: 1. Go to the app's settings (see Account section) 2. Under the menu item "Your Privacy" you can select the "Reset Data" If you reset progress, you lose your accumulated points. Already completed You'll have to remaster levels.

How do you change the camera view?

In Explore and Groove mode, you can click on your screen, the settings will open and you will see a camera icon at the bottom right. Click on it and choose the camera setting that's best for you. Central, left, right, top or the feet? The choice is yours!
