Why do I need an account?

One account allows you to use the MyGroove app on multiple devices. All your progress will be synced across different devices. In addition, you can also use our leaderboard with an account and compete with the other users of the MyGroove app.

Can I use the app without an account?

A subscription can only be taken out with one account. This makes it possible for you to use the app from multiple devices in the same account, and if you switch to a new device, you won't lose your progress. However, participation in the leaderboard is voluntary.

How do I create an account?

You can create an account under the menu item "Account". After successful registration, you are part of the MyGroove community!

What data do I need to create an account?

When creating the account, the following data is essential: •Name •Age • E-mail address (for persons under 14 years of age, we require an e-mail address of your legal guardian) Optionally, you can also provide information about the following data: • Artist Name •Profile

Can I delete my account?

You can delete the account at any time. To do this, go to the Account Settings and click on "Delete Account".

What is the difference between Stage Mode and Practice Mode?
