Before you contact our support, please take a look at our FAQs. There you will find many answers to frequently asked questions. If your topic is not listed, we are of course at your disposal - at info@mygroove.app.
How long does it usually take for you to respond to my request?
We will do everything we can to respond to your request as quickly as possible. We usually respond within one day. However, it may take a little longer during the weekend. We are a highly motivated team. But we also need a break or two.
How can I give feedback to MyGroove?
Feel free to send us your feedback in the MyGroove app under the menu item Account > Help Center > Feedback. All content you submit via the form is anonymous. If you have any further questions or would like feedback on your request, you can always send us an email to info@mygroove.app.
